RECIPE OF CHILLED YUMMY MANGO CUSTURD

INGREDIENT:
  • Milk half kg and half cup
  • Rafhan Vanilla Custard Powder 3-4 tablespoon.
  • Sugar 10-12 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence 2 to 3 drops
  • Mangoes half kg

METHOD:
  • Cut mangoes into cube as shown in the above picture and put it in air tight container and chilled it in freezer for about 5 to 6 hours.
  • Now take half kg of milk in a pot and add 10 - 12 tablespoons of sugar and cook it until sugar is melted.
  • Meanwhile on the other hand take half a cup of milk and dissolve 3-4 tablespoon of Rafhan custard powder. Make sure that there must be no lumps.
  • After and sugar is dissolved and milk is boiled, add this custard mixture slowly and gradually and be careful that no lumps will produce.
  • And cook it for about 2 to 3 minute. Make sure that its consistency is in between thick and thin.
  • Pour this custard in to these cups and put these cups into the freezer for 4-5 hour and make sure it has to be super chilled.
  • Now when someone wants to eat take each cup out and put some chilled cubes of mangoes on to this custard. and serve it as it is chilled
